Our Story
Generational Turnaround Transitional Resources was born from lived experience, faith, and a clear mandate to speak life where it has been absent. Our work is rooted in the belief that words matter, responsibility matters, and faith—when activated—can interrupt generational patterns and create lasting change.
My Journey

My journey began with a mandate from God, during COVID, to activate faith and speak life where generations had been shaped by silence, harm, and broken promises. That mandate became Generational Turnaround — a call to use intentional words to restore identity, responsibility, and hope in families and communities.
In 2008, by the grace of God, I survived a massive stroke and, a few years later, a subdural hematoma that left me paralyzed. My speech remains a work in progress. What could have ended my purpose instead refined it. Through faith, perseverance, and obedience, I learned that limitation does not cancel calling.
That obedience led me into unexpected spaces, including public conversations that reached millions across digital platforms. What was meant to discourage me became confirmation that the message of Healing Words and Father’s Rise was needed far beyond traditional walls.
Today, my journey continues through Generational Turnaround Transitional Resources — speaking life, restoring responsibility, and helping generations move forward with faith in action.

Led by President Judy Ambrose, the team brings together expertise in healthcare, case coordination, administration, communications, research, and community engagement.

Judy Ambrose James is the President and Founder of Generational Turnaround Transitional Resources, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on activating faith and promoting generational change through intentional language and restored responsibility. Her leadership is grounded in lived experience, faith, and a clear mandate to speak life into individuals, families, and future generations.
Jaunell Ambrose Dedeaux
Vice President
Jaunell Dedeaux serves as Vice President of Generational Turnaround Transitional Resources, providing strong operational support and organizational oversight. Professionally, she works as a Medical Customer Service Agent bringing precision, accountability, and advocacy skills that strengthen the organization’s internal operations and mission delivery.

Tyranni Dedeaux supports Generational Turnaround through administration, coordination, and recordkeeping. With a background in healthcare, dental assisting, and military logistics, she brings reliability, structure, and high standards to organizational operations while ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Communications & Research Specialist
Barbara Daniels serves as Volunteer Communications & Research Specialist, supporting content development, research, editing, and website presentation. With over 30 years of experience in communications and personal growth, she brings thoughtful insight and technical skill that help ensure the organization’s resources are clear, reflective, and aligned with its mission.
